01: This first release is a 48hr Fermented Natural Process from Juan Felipe Aristizabal in Villamaria — a high elevation farm in the Colombian Andes. It is vibrant acidity with a lingering sweetness. You’ll taste notes of Lime, Pear, and Melon — reminiscent of candy like a jolly rancher.
