Quality ingredients are important to us! We use local or organic dairy depending on the beverage. Kilgus’ milk is used in our espresso based drinks. Kilgus Farmstead is located just 2 hrs southwest of Crown Point in Fairbury, IL.

Their milk is not homogenized so if you order an iced beverage you may see flecks of fresh cream in your cup.
